I had a really good experience dealing with Mr. Christopher for my BMW 330i purchase. From the first time we spoke until the handover day, he was very polite, friendly, and most importantly — not pushy at all. The whole process felt very easygoing, and he’s definitely one of the more genuine salespersons I’ve met. Although he might not be the most technical when it comes to every detail about the car, he made up for it by being a good listener and understanding what I was looking for. He went through different car options with me and was very honest about the pros and cons of each unit — which I really appreciate, especially when buying a used car. What impressed me the most is how helpful and efficient he is. He handled everything from loan arrangement, car touch-up, inspection, tinting, number plate transfer — all very smoothly without me needing to chase for updates. Any questions I asked (and I asked a lot), he would patiently answer, and if he wasn’t sure, he’d take the time to check and get back with a proper answer. No empty talk, no pushing unnecessary stuff — just genuine service. Even the car handover was done properly, and overall I’m truly satisfied with the purchase. I can honestly say I’m glad Christopher was the one who handled my case. I believe he deserves more customers and I’m sure he’ll continue doing well based on how he handles people. Definitely someone worth recommending. Thanks again, Christopher ! 😇👍🏻

UPDATE 31-3-2025: moved here from Auto Bavaria per their request. After placing below review there, assistant J. reached out to offer fixing the bonnet and dashcam. While I do appreciate the gesture, it's way too late, damage already done and doesn't fix the experience. And it was a very simple touch-up on the bonnet, you can still see/feel the scratch. IMHO, should've gone the extra mile and fixed some other minor issues. Below the original review: NEVER buying here again! TL;DR: terrible service after payment during AND after sale! Long story: 1. Bought a 2017 X5 in September of 2023, had to wait 3 months for them say they can't deliver the car. They kept stalling week after week. 2. Then kept saying they would find me a replacement which they eventually did. It was another 2017 X5 with only 57k km on the odometer. But it took another 2 months, so total 5 months to get my car end of January. Mind you I had to initiate contact for months! Also here they kept stalling week after week. 3. On day of retrieval we were happy, but the wiper was not attached correctly, so when I used it, it scratched the bonnet. They said they would fix it later. 4. At purchase there was a BMW camera system installed front and back. But at delivery it wasn't there anymore. So I asked them about it, and they said they would give it to me later after window tinting. After asking multiple times, the SA (D) left the company and told me to go to Bavaria to get the camera's + touch up the bonnet. But upon arrival they said they don't have the availability to do the touch up and just gave me some backup camera's. I asked the other SA (R) to connect them. But somehow they didn't work, so there was nothing they could do. And on top of that BMW Bavaria, where I literally bought the car, was telling me to figure it out with the old SA (D) who had already left! Crazy! So I tried calling and messaging, but eventually he blocked me. I can share screenshots where I'm VERY patient and polite. 5. Now it's been 1 year after I bought and they DID NOT reach out to me te renew the roadtax + insurance! I only found after the car broke down on the highway and had to get it towed! How irresponsible can you be as a company. Be aware this is not just some car seller, it's an official BMW dealership. So this is exactly 1 year after purchase and no more warranty. The car had fuel pump issues and electric pump issues. Total bill over RM 8000 at the BMW specialist!!! Also suspension seems to show issues which a replacement would take another RM 8000+. All these issues after only 1 year of driving. And I didn't even drive much. 57k km at purchase and 66k after 1 year. Never in my life have I been treated this way and seen such unprofessional service after payment was completed.

I just get my BMW 218i delivery today. Thanks to Nicole Yap. She is diligent and help me to solve my trade in issue. She has handle my first case which is a C200 1.5 Advangarde that I bought from SDAS many years back. I am happy with her service that the second time I buy from Nicole without looking at physical car and not even test drive. I drove the BMW 218i on delivery today for the first time. I also thanks her team Mr Ang, Mr Caleb amd Sam Oon for playing supporting role to ensure smooth delivery of the 218i and also the trade in. In conclusion if I need to buy next car SDAS will be my first choice and Nicole Yap will always be my preferred SA to assist me.
